IMPORTANT NOTES:
- If you live within FIVE hours of San Antonio, driving/car pooling is required. This will be beneficial to your drive and the meeting budget.
- If the cost of the round trip ticket is more than $500, or you can’t find a flight to accommodate the recommended times*, please contact Kathy Schrenker with details and to get an approval.
- *Flights into San Antonio Int’l need to arrive Wednesday by 3:00 p.m. at the latest.
- *Flights out of San Antonio Int’l need to depart after 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the earliest.
Air Travel Information:
San Antonio International Airport (SAT) has non-stop service to destinations throughout North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia serving 30 destinations on 10 different airlines.
Due to Uber ground transportation from the airport to the resort being estimated at 20-25 minutes, we are requesting the latest arrival be before 3:00 pm Wednesday.
For departure on Saturday, please book your outgoing flight after 2:00 p.m. to allow for transport, bag check, security lines, etc.
Ground Transportation
An Uber event code will be provided to cover your transportation to and from the resort. Further details and instructions will be provided on use of the Uber event code.
Shuttles may run on departure day to transport guests to the airport, immediately after Closing Comments.
Official process will be confirmed and shared once registration details are received.
